REMOTE: We’re looking for Experienced Cold Callers/Appointment Setter for Real Estate that can do quality appointments.

- Starting rate $5/hr + commissions
- Weekly pay (Bank transfer)

- Answering inbound calls from homeowners
- Lead qualification. You will be trained in sales techniques
- Following up with leads in the database
- Communicating with other departments to make sure the leads are taken care of
- Keeping the CRM and database clean
- Power-dial 60-80 calls per hour (Dialer is provided)
- Proficient with Google Suite
- Submitting end-of-day reports.
- Paid training for 2 days.
1. Excellent communication skills (Fluent in English)
2. Can Communicate in Spanish is a plus
3. Must have a computer with a stable internet connection (at least 10mbps), Noise canceling headset, and Power backup
4. Real Estate Sales Expertise / Negotiation Skills
5. Must have experience in Appointment Setting, NO EXPERIENCE will be considered on a case-to-case basis (coachability)
6. Coachable, Trustworthy, and Hard-working
7. Can handle a high-pressure and fast-paced work environment
8. Must be available to work between 8 AM - 5 PM Central Standard time (at least 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday)
9. Must be able to work with no absences within the Probationary period.
