Job Description:
Hire, train, and supervise employees
Create staff schedule
Monitor levels of supplies and oversee ordering as necessary
Address customer needs
Report on financial performance, inventory and personnel
Qualification:
Working knowledge of general B&B operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing and sanitation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong leaderships skills
Comfortable setting priorities and delegating tasks as needed
Organized and detail-oriented
Can work on a shifting or long working hours
