Offer Details
Basic : RM 1900 – RM2100 (Depends on Communicate level) 
Working Hours : 9 hrs rotate shift (include 1hrs break ,6 days work/week)
Day shift 7AM-4PM / noon shift 3PM-12AM / night shift 10PM - 7AM
Night shift allowance RM300 
Kpi Incentive up to RM400 
Gross Salary (Basic + allowances) : RM2600 to RM2800++
Location：Medini , Nusajaya Johor Bahru.

Job Description
1. Handle inbound calls relating enquiries and complain.
2. Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
3. Responding promptly to customer inquiries and provide useful and accurate information to customers
