Description:

Job Responsibilities :-

  • To manage and supervise the day to day operations on the management and maintenance of the common property in the project including security services, cleaning services, defects complaints, maintenance works, procurements, billings and collections, facilities management, convening meetings, enforcement of by-laws and staff administration;
  • To work closely with the JMB/MC to achieve the objective of enhancing and/or sustaining the building's image and brand as prestigious high-end building;
  • To plan, coordinate, implement and complete all activities involved in the management and maintenance of the common property on schedule and within the prescribed budget;
  • To prepare, execute and complete planned preventive maintenance programmes for all mechanical, electrical and plumbing services;
  • To carry out the management, supervision and evaluation of the works of all the building service providers, contractors and suppliers appointed in the building to ensure that each respective scope of work is executed and completed satisfactorily;
  • To attend residents' complaints and answering all enquiries professionally and tactfully;
  • To manage and coordinate procurement processes for maintenance and management of the common property. This includes preparing work specifications or tender documents, calling for quotations or tenders, managing evaluation and clarification processes.

 Job Requirements :-

  • Possess a minimum qualification of Diploma/Degree in Property Management, Real Estate Management or its equivalent;
  • A minimum 5 years working experience at managerial level in managing high-rise buildings;
  • Possess sound working knowledge in the areas of M&E, plumbing and other general building maintenance works and faciliities management services;
  • Good written and spoken language in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
  • Good experience in writing minutes of meetings and maintenance reports;
  • Ability to demonstrate strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
