General Function:
The Senior Manager for Human Resources guides and manages the overall provision of human resources services, policies, programs, and practices in the SPC Group of Companies (the "Group"). These ranges from managing all recruiting, onboarding, performance management systems, employees' training and development to overseeing and coordinating employee benefit programs, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives. The Sr. HR Manager keeps a pulse on employee relations, and ensures that practices are compliant with regulations/labor laws.
