Customer Service Representative | Dumaguete

LEAD Sourcing is currently looking for candidates to fill the position of  Customer Service Representative  in Dumaguete Site.

The Customer Service Representative I position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 18 years old and above.
• At least High school graduate or senior high graduate 
• With trainable English   communication skills.
• Good Communication Skills 
• Computer Literate  
•   Willing to Work Onsite.
