Customer Service Representative | SM Megamall

Hey There! We're urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives for our SM Megamall Site. The position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

Qualifications:

• Atleast 6 months of BPO EXP 
• At least Senior High School Graduate. 
• Flexible to work in shifting schedules
• Has an average to above average English communication skills
• Computer literate
• Willing to work in SM Megamall Site
