RESPONSIBILITIES:

To record any business transactions of Breeder, Hatchery and Layer Department in SAP timely and accurately
Attest Farm count during SOLP.
Timely and accurate recording of SAP Entries as follows:
Goods Receipt of Hatching Egg (HE) Production per day
Transfers of HE to hatchery, Cebu, and Ilo-ilo
Packmats receiving and issuances
Accounts all consumables (operating and non-operating items) and monitors its movement
Conducts month-end inventory count for breeder items (Packaging materials, Feeds and AHP)
Attest inventory count of MedVacc and prepare necessary documents for MedVacc Withdrawal.
Assists the Payables Department in checking the completeness and accuracy of overhead/payables/billings pertaining to breeder, hatchery and layer operations
Attests condemnations and disposals of company assets in breeder farms
