Customer Service job description :

Ø Able to answer customers in time and accurately according to the knowledge base, solve customer problems, provide customers with standard services, actively promote the company's products, and prompt customers to use the company's products

Ø Assist the supervisor to complete other tasks
Customer Service Requirements
Ø Fluent in Chinese
Ø Bachelor’s Degree above
Ø Relevant job experience is preferred
Ø Familiarization with computer operations and office software
Ø Have good communication skills, have good and meticulous work habits, and strive for excellence in work
Ø Can handle pressure, have the courage to break through difficulties
Ø Men are preferred (Excellent women are also acceptable)
Ø Willing to work in Philippines
Ø Age 21 - 32
Ø Any nationality
Basic salary: Probation 10000 RMB , Regular 12000 RMB
