Supervises project from planning to execution
Facilitate onsite installation, measuring and implementation
Determines project schedule and maintains it by regularly monitoring project progress, attending regular meetings with contractors/owners, coordinating activities with sub-teams;
Resolve problems
Prepares and submits budget monitoring, trend tracking and weekly reports
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Architecture, Civil/Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) preferably license holders
Minimum of 3 year(s) experience in the construction industry with job role as project engineer/foreman
Can perform exceptional client service and excellent project management
Proficient in oral and communication both in English and Filipino (Tagalog)
Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and MS Project applications
Has strong leadership ability, problem solving and analytical skills
Detail oriented and committed to producing quality works
Can work under pressure and can keep up with tight deadlines
Willing to travel across project sites, flexible with time and willing to render overtime
Can effectively deal and communicate with all types and levels of personnel
Can effectively enforce safety procedures, rules and regulations.
Can supervise welders, fitters and technicians
