GoCrayons is looking for Recruitment Associate!
Below are the qualifications:
• Willing to work onsite ━ Silang Cavite Site
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource and/or work equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
• Google Spreadsheet preparation and tracking skills
• Supports the recruitment team in preparing job advertisements, job specifications and other materials in accordance with the company's recruitment standards.
• Maintains pool of key talents in the databases for future requirements of the company.
• Source candidates, review resume and help identify and source qualified candidates.
• Contacts possible candidates for specific job requirements This is an urgent hiring.
