Receptionist
Description:
- Collect all checks for deposit/payment and for signature from the Treasury.
- Collect all checks for deposit from COCO, NFB and affiliated company.
- Log all the checks for deposits, for signature and for dispatching.
- Petty cash and cash advances need for daily routine of Utility.
- Assists all guests of the company
- Assists the Executive Managers.
- Assisting in organizing the company outing, parties and team building.
- Assist the HR Manager
- Assist the Chairman of the company
- Providing all necessary Human Resource forms to all employess.
- Answer the phone inquiries.
- Ensure the health checklist of all employees.
