Description:

Hey There! We're urgently hiring Customer Support Associate for our J Center Cebu Site. The position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

Qualifications:

Must have 1 year of BPO Experience, plus-
Must have 6 Months of Tech Experience (BPO or Non-BPO).
Must finish at least 1 years in College.
Flexible to work in shifting schedules.
Has an average to above average English communication skills• Computer literate.
Willing to work in J Center Cebu.
