· Front desk duties
· Daily administrative duties such as data entry and filing
· Answer incoming calls and relaying specific enquiries to the respective personnel
· Attend to all visitors , issue ART kit to visitors
· keep track of all visitors’ record
· Provide general administrative support to HR team
· Assist in arrangement of HR activities, recruitment, training and events
· Managing and ordering of office supplies
· Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
· Approachable, able to form good relationships and a team player
· Effective organizational skills and able to take initiative, a ‘self-starter’ who is able to work with minimal supervision
· Ability in writing and reading Chinese is a must to liaise with Chinese speaking counterpart and handle Chinese documents
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook express)
· Good working attitude and willingness to learn
· Meticulous and able to handle documentation accurately and efficiently
