Customer Service Representative (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Descriptions:

· Handle inbound/outbound enquiries, feedback and provide resolutions to customers over the phone or via emails relating to renowned product

· Provide accurate and efficient support work relating to the renowned coffee products

· Ensure KPIs targets (e.g. customer satisfaction index, first call resolution, productivity) are met consistently to achieve the overall contact centre objectives.

· Obtain customer’s details and ensure all information are accurately and promptly keyed into our customer database for all transactions.

· Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up with Service partners and internal departments to ensure case closure in accordance to our service standards.

· Undertake any other tasks delegated by the Team Leader

· Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the ISO9001 and ISO18295-1 Quality Management System.

Job Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in any discipline or equivalent.

· Preferably with at least 1 years of working experience in contact centre.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Possess a service-oriented customer service mindset with excellent telephone etiquette.

· Passion for coffee products and with a service excellence mindset.

· Able to adapt in a fast-paced and stressful environment.

· Good PC and Internet skills.

· Excellent customer service mindset and can work independently

· Empathetic and can communicate in a caring and friendly manner

· Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations

· Ability to work with systems you may not have come across before

· Enjoy working in a fast paced and changing work environment

· Strong team spirit with a passion and drive to help users and to deliver the best customer experience.

· Required language(s): Effectively trilingual and articulate with a strong command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

· Candidate must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.
