Qualification:
- Graduate of any 4 year business related course/s
- With at least 1 year experience as Office Clerk or related job
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Proficient in encoding jobs, analytical
- Possesses good moral character
Job Description:
- Corrects and on-time recording / processing of Delivery Instruction (DI), Periodic Maintenance Schedule (PMS) and Warranty Claim Report (WCR) service documents submitted by dealers to DMS.
- Ensures that service data in DMS are completed and updated
- On-time processing of Dealer Incentive Claim Payment on DI, PMS and Warranty Labor on a monthly Basis
- Collects and encodes PDI report to database
- Conducts CS Survey to customers
