Social Media Video Editor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking to hire a talented and creative Social Media Video Editor who will
be focused on creating and editing content for various social media channels, such as
Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok.

 The primary responsibility for this role will be to edit content, such as video, audio, and
graphics for organic social distribution. Additionally, the Social Media Video Editor will
contribute ideas/concepts, provide audio and visual support for internal content creators
(i.e. sound levels, lighting, background, etc.), and handle production schedules.
 This is an important role that can have an immediate impact on millions of consumers by
driving increased engagement.
 Video editing & motion graphics for short-form social clips.
 Develop graphics to match social posts.
 Contribute ideas for creative concepts.
 Stay on top of memes and trending topics & hashtags.
 Manage production schedule and obtain internal approvals.
 Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
 5+ years of relevant experience with social media video content production (graphic
design and video editing)
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Strong attention to detail
 Passion for storytelling and driving customer engagement
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
 Advanced social media experience (professionally or personally) a strong plus
 Self-starter with a positive attitude
