Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Hire and motivate high-performing sales teams and lead them to generate leads
  • Set sales quotas and goals
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan that will expand the company's customer base
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports, and realistic forecasts to the management team

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Real Estate Broker
  • College graduate of any business-related course. Graduate of Real Estate Management is an advantage.
  • At least 2 years experience in sales preferably in REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT.
  • With advanced knowledge in sales techniques and capability of handling sales people.
  • Wit solid background in handling sales team and developing top sales people.
  • Ready to start ASAP with his/her sales team.
