Senior Executive, Human Resources

  1. Responsible in talent acquisition and end-to-end recruitment process e.g. sourcing, job postings, resumes screening , selection, interviews, pre-employment background check, hire, remuneration proposal towards bringing new hire onboard.
  2. Ensure complete documentations for employees' personnel files & pass to payroll team
  3. Organize and conduct induction orientation and briefing on Company Policies for new hires
  4. Assist in managing onboarding and offboarding for employees
  5. Responsible for preparation and follow-up on HR documents such as memos, appointment letters, promotions, confirmation, transfers, termination, show cause and suspension letter.
  6. Track all staff confirmation, staff transfers, contract renewals, termination & clearance
  7. Assist in monthly payroll processing in an efficient, accurate & timely manner.
  8. Ensure monthly payroll is administered in accordance & in compliance with the local legislation and company policies and procedures
  9. Provide advisory services to employees on matters related to payroll, e-leave and e-claims
  10. Assist in conduct surveys and benchmarking study on Compensation and Benefits data and trends to maintain competitive edge
  11. Responsible to keep up to date with HR system upgrades and notify appropriate users accordingly.
  12. Take up any other assignments and duties as assigned by superior from time to time


  1. Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or any other field
  2. Minimum at least 4-5 years of working experience in the related field
  3. Possess sound working knowledge of Human Resource Management System (Orisoft, Microsoft Excel)
  4. Meticulous, attentive to details, well organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines
  5. Possess good analytical skills
  6. Willing to work in Mont’ Kiara
