TSR - Technical Support Representative

We are in need of TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVES!

Responsibilities:

• provide dependable and timely resolution to customer service requests via telephone, chat, and text.
• Troubleshooting by giving step-by-step instructions to customers so they can fix their devices

Qualifications:

• With at least 2 years of experience being a Technical Support Representative.
• Has a solid technical knowledge
• Excellent Communications Skills
