Property Supervisor/Manager

Working and collaborating with Property Director for the development and implementation of Property policies and procedures. Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.

§  Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Course or any related course.

§  With atleast 2-3 years’ experience in managing properties, with background of engineering related job and ideas of any policies relating to managing properties. Fresh graduate are also welcome to apply

§  Computer literate and can work with minimal supervision.

§  With sense of confidentiality and professionalism

§  With strong organizational skills and with excellent communication skills

§  Can work full time onsite in San Juan, La Union
