The job of a customer engagement specialist involves making inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues promptly. They use online systems to track and resolve customer issues and provide daily predictions about the sales organization to executive management..

Qualifications:

• Candidate must at least High School graduate

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Candidate must have average to excellent English communication skills

• Candidate must have a year BPO/Call Center Experience (all voice experience only)

• Earn up to PHP20K monthly salary

• Amendable to work on site and night shift schedule
