Qualifications:

- Knowledgeable with LGU Securing Permits (Business Permits, Building Permits, BFP. Zoning, and other related to construction project).

- Knowledgeable with BIR Transaction, Land Registration Authority (LRA), Assessor, Registry of Deeds,

- Familiar with the documents related to transfer TITLE.

- Capable of doing transaction with HMDF/Bank Loan FIling.

- With interest, patience, passion of collecting and filing documents from accounts/client preparation for loan process title and conversion.

- With at least 1 year experience of the same process.

- Customer Service Oriented

- Willing to undergo training
