Description:

Act as a first point of contact for the company and potential clients in providing services not limited to Recruitment, HR Services and Project Resourcing.
Able to work with stakeholders assigned from the client such as Managers, Director, Finance, Procurement, Resourcing and more.
Have a keen sense of understanding of the Technology Sector in Malaysia and Singapore and are able to hold relevant conversions with clients in assisting them in their requirements.
Work on positions assigned and collaborate with the local and regional teams as and when required to deliver the candidates to the client under Linktrix 3:7 rule.
Proficient and proven record as an Account Manager and is able to build pipelines of new accounts of clients ranging from Enterprise, Mid Markets and Unicorn startups.
Aspire to be groomed to a Principal Consultant, Managerial level leading a team would be ideal
Aspire to learn about Regional Labor law and practices in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Australia
Able to work under a face-paced sales environment, target driven and earns for a high commission and rewarding job.
Strong Team Player with a drive for success highly recommendable.
