Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in any office-related course, preferably Business Administration, or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficient in Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written English and Japanese (N2 or higher), including the ability to prepare reports, proposals and procedures.
Knowledge in basic bookkeeping.
At least one six (6) months of work experience as a secretary or executive assistant, or other related work is preferred for this position.
