Job Description
Job Scope:
• Settle daily stuff
• Record and organize meeting minutes
• Follow Up tasks
• Provide full range of secretarial/administrative duties to Managing Director
• Attend to the corporate guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage and coordinate daily schedule of the Managing Director
• Arrange travel and hotel arrangements for the directors/company guest
• Ad-hoc assignments and related duties when required
• Sometimes need to accompany outstation to others city.
Requirements & Remarks:
• At least 2 yrs or above working experience in PA roles
• Able to use Microsoft ppt, excel and PowerPoint
• Knowing English, Chinese and Malays
• Able to reply message on weekend.
