Job Responsibilities:
- Sourcing.
- Generate leads using established sourcing channels.
- Calibrate with Hiring Manager to ensure that the applicants generated are aligned with the requirement.
- Conduct candidate call outs and initial phone screening, and filter candidates for open positions.
- Manage candidates and clients effectively.
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of the recruitment database.
Requirements:
- Completed at least 2nd year in college with at least 6 months of experience in end to end recruitment process handling Volume hiring of Operations, Corporate Functions and Technical roles
- Candidates outside NCR with recruitment experience are welcome
- Proficient in candidate and client management
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Motivated to work with tight deadlines and targets, with high level of resilience
- Good rapport building skills.
- Must have own technical resources such as:
Laptop or Desktop Computer (i3 processor, 8GB RAM, 500GB HDD)
Internet connection (at least 5Mbps for own use)
Backup internet connection incase of down system on the internet provider´s end.
Designated Work Area with table and chair.
