Description:
  • Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration or related course;
  • Adequate experience in the recruitment of high-value positions (rank & file to managerial level);
  • With good communication and coordination skills;
  • Has a clear grasp of the full engagement process from screening to deployment/induction;
  • Willing to do fieldwork (for Recruitment requirements);
  • Source candidates using our job portal sites, applicant tracking system, job boards, referrals, job fairs, and other means to find qualified candidates to fill manpower needs.
  • Can start immediately;
  • Willing to be assigned at Cainta, Rizal.
