Assist in general administrative duties in legal firm - preparing of SPA/Loan documents.

To attend to incoming call -  Answer calls within 5 rings.

Attending to daily incoming and outgoing documents - to record and ensure prompt distribution to Person in Charge

Key in daily accounts vouchers - All daily financial transactions are must be  fully documented

Maintain staff leave record

Liaise with Runner for pick-up and despatch of documents to various offices, government departments and banks.

To stock up stationeries/ pantries etc

To maintain up to date customers/clients listing 

Other duties as and when required.
