- With strong background in Distribution/FMCG
- Business Process Knowledge/Products & Services knowledge
- Market Intelligence/New Business Prospecting
- Has a valid driver’s license and can safely drive a 4 wheeled vehicle.
- Maximize Sales Performance geared towards revenue
- Ensure compliance to the following: Provincial Distributor scorecard (Business Results) Business Directives (Grow Revenue) Business Processes (Distribution Flow)
- Facilitates and formulates strategies and action plans on how to deliver the desired results based on agreed compliance
- Conducts field contacts to PD owners or personnel
- Creates & Cascades sales & marketing programs to the Sales Team
