Responsibilities:

•Work with the use of GDS to assist guests with air, hotel, and ground transportation bookings.

•Support customers via voice, email and chat to ensure they have the best possible pre and post-booking service

Qualifications:

✓ With at least 1- year of Native GDS experience

✓ Knowledge of fares, airlines contracts, rules & regulations, and ticketing

✓ Basic English Communications Skills

✓ At least a high school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate (new curriculum) and Fresh Graduates.
