Technical Support Representatives help customers with technical problems related to a product or service. 

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

 

Minimum qualifications:

- At least SHS grad/ HS Grad( Old Curriculum)

- 18 years old and above

- With good to average English communication skills

- With or without experience
