Full Job Description
Responsible for providing assistance with the day-to-day operations e.g., Compensation & Benefits, Org. Development, Learning and Development but limited to talent acquisition of HRAD including administrative functions and duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Process timekeeping  Employees in a timely and accurately manner.
2. Assists employment law compliance, employee benefits, salary administration, performance management, disciplinary action, and terminations.
3. Maintain accuracy in dealing of office supplies, pertaining legal documents and the like of the Company.
4. Assists in implementation of services, policies and programs of the Company.
5. Responsible in answering of queries and concerns regarding payroll disputes of the employees.
6. Prepares Data Analytic e.g., Overtime, Timekeeping, Attendance and Employee Information analysis.

7. Assist in Recruiting and Staffing needs of the company.
8. Contributes to the accomplishment of the HR practices and objectives.
9. Performs support, clerical and other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by supervisor/Management.
