Accounting Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Enter and encode financial transactions appropriately
2. Process payments as well as documents like invoices
3. Reconcile invoices received with billings
4. Make and track payments
5. Track expenses as they relate to specific projects
6. Check all financial transactions for accuracy
7. Key data into company accounting system
8. Disburse funds as needed
9. Providing support to the Accounting Department.

JOB QUALIFICATION

• College Degree in Accountancy
• Must have at least one (1) year experience in accounting or related work
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work under pressure
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Willing to work onsite 
• Willing to work in Makati
