Accounting Assistant

• Ensures that all accounting transactions are completely recorded, monitored and updated. These transactions included but not limited to: (1) store sales; (2) inventories; (3) accountants receivables / payables; (4) petty cash replenishments; (5) check / cash payments and issuance.
• Performs other related duties and functions assigned by the Department Head.
• Adheres to Company's Rules and Regulations.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor's / College Degree, Finance / Accountancy / Banking / Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
• With at least one (1) year working experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• With SAP knowledge and experience is an advantage.
• Demonstrates analytical and quantitative skills.
• Can work in fast-paced environment.
• Can start immediately.
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig.
