Generic Virtual Assistant

 We are in need of a Virtual Assistant 

 Qualifications

• At least 18-years old
• Must have 2-3 years BPO/ Customer Service Experience
• Must be Tech-Savvy and can quickly adapt to new learnings
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Keen to detail with high level of Accuracy
• Must be able to work on site and on an night shift
• Must be fully vaccinated

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to e-mails and manage phone calls
• Prepare and organize database, systems, and reports
• Handle confidential employer and client information
• Present excellent customer-service skills to customers and clients
• Handle additional tasks depending on client’s needs.

Benefits

• Up to 30k monthly Salary
• 9pm-6am Fixed Weekends Off
