Accounting Assistant

JOB SUMMARY:

The Accounting Assistant support the Accounting department by performing clerical tasks, including processing and recording transactions and preparing reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Disbursements processing

• Journal Vouchers

• Processing of Interco

• Monthly Inventory Count

• Sharepoint tasks

• Assist in yearend audit

• Business Permit renewal

• Others

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of BS in Accountancy or any accounting related course (BS Management Accounting, BS Accounting Technology, BS Financial Accounting)

• Experience in sales auditing, invoicing, disbursement processing and inventory is an advantage

• Knowledge in SAP is a PLUS

• Knowledgeable in basic MS Applications

• Willing to be trained
