Purchasing Staff

  • Must be Graduate of Bachelor/College Degree
  • Has 1-2 years Experience in Construction Company
  • Has a motorcycle is advantage
  • Approachable and has a positive attitude
  • Wide knowledgeable in Construction Materials purchasing
  • Candle handle work pressure
  • Can adjust to the company purchasing system

Purchasing Staff Responsibilities:

  • Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
  • Research potential vendors
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
  • Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
  • Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
  • Prepare cost analyses
  • Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
  • Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
  • Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php14,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
