Job Overview/Purpose

As an Account Executive,he/she is the one who accountable to monitor and train and coaches the Sales team of Distributor. Account Executive also needs to know the product knowledge and Cold Storage Standard and the company standard. Account Executive also will check the distributor team, warehouse, and freezer.

 Visit certain area to check the freezer. Monitor Facebook Management. Do market research check the competitors promotion. Also will help the distributor to increase the sales and any assistance can we give to the distributor.

Job Responsibilities:

·         Check Warehouses, Clients, and Distributor

·         Checking freezers in certain place.

·         Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is functional and presentable.

·         Building and maintaining good work relationships with sales team and customers.

·         Coordinating retail store operations

·         Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.

·         Ensure that the store is adequately stocked with company products.

·         Trained Sales Team.

·         Present End month report to Sales Director and Territory Manager.

·         Handle account executive and Conduct regular trainin
 

Must haves for this position:

●     Education level. College Graduate 4 years Course

●     Experience. Must have Sales Experience and Supervisorial and Managerial Experience 2 to 3 years

●     Specific skills. Negotiation Skills, Training Skills can train people

●     Personal characteristics. Patient and Has a good attitude has a good work etiquette

●     Certifications.  If have it's a plus

●     Licenses. If have it's a plus

●     Physical abilities. Can work in Fields
