Prepare daily cash position report
Checking of cheque or cash release
Checking of liquidation
In-charge in all accounting month-end report (Disbursement, Billing, Collection, AR Balance, Bank Recon, Operations Expense, Payroll Entry, Balance Sheet, Income Statement and other reports required)
Prepare month-end financial statement
In-charge of filing and preparing of all BIR tax return form
In-charge in Annual General Information Sheet (GIS) and Audited Financial Statement (AFS)
Process of renewal of Business Permit
Ability to multitask and work with web-based applications and other systems
Must be punctual and maintain attendance that meets or exceeds company expectations
