Job Description:

Timely clearing of incoming payments and handling credit and collections
Processing and recording transactions.
Maintaining records regarding payments and account statuses.
Obtaining information from other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete and that accounts receivable ledgers and journals are up-to-date.
Working with the collections department to review accounts, client payments, credit history, and develop new or better repayment terms.

Qualifications:

Graduate of any related courses (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration and others)
Proficient in speaking, understanding and writing in Japanese with good communication skills in English
With finance background, preferably knowledgeable in SAP working on an accounts receivable process in a BPO or shared service industry
