Description:

We are looking for Purchasing Assistant to join us!

Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
5.5 day work week
Benefit: Overtime Pay, Meal Allowance, Annual leave, Medical Leave, EPF and SOSCO provided.

Job Description:

Monitor stock level and identify purchasing needs.
Managing purchase orders, overseeing shipping schedules and maintaining purchase records.
Track orders and endure timely delivery.
Follow up with suppliers, to confirm or change orders.
Liaise with warehouse department to ensure all product arrive in good condition.

Job Requirement:

Basic computer knowledge such as Word And Excel.
Diploma / Degree in business and other relevant qualification.
Prefer with 1 year purchasing experience.
