QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related
  • Experienced HR practitioner of at least 2 yrs
  • Experience in Admin functions for at least 2 years
  • Exposure to labor law and employment, equity regulations, government-mandated benefits aligned with DOLE compliance
  • Full understanding of HR/Admin functions and best practices
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to accurately follow instructions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform a wide range of HR, Administrative, and office support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors
  • Support all internal and external HR/Admin-related inquiries or requests
  • Compliance with the Labor Code of the Philippines (DOLE)
  • Remittances of government-mandated benefits
  • Assist in recruiting, selecting, and placing suitable employee that fits the needed workforce
  • Manage, monitor, and report findings of the company’s fixed assets (including company & rental cars)
  • Provide office supplies/equipment
  • Consolidate work and data of HR/ Admin and coordinate with related departments
  • Consolidate data and report to superior
  • Support the operation in relation to the security and cleanliness/maintenance of the company properties
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned
