Job Descriptions :
- Responsible for understanding the customers objectives and map their business requirements to suggest offerings
- Maintain good relationship with identifying client’s needs and develop appropriate sales strategy to meet their needs.
- Provide technical information and support to our dealers and sales representatives
- Develops and implements program goals and plans
- Makes recommendations in areas of expertise for the program
- Acts as a liaison with other agencies, organizations, and employees to coordinate the technical aspects of the program
- Drive tendering project toward construction project, material project and other related business project in the market
- To produce, in a timely and professional manner, such product proposals, specification clauses, cost estimates and technical documents & drawings
- Build strong network with selected professional groups
- To assist in market research from time to time to identify potential customer from construction agency, contractor, developer, JKR and other related market.
- Diploma/ Degree in Marketing are encouraged to apply.
- At least 5 years building materials sale and specifying experience.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills with strong presentation ability
- Must acquire extensive product knowledge and stay up to date with all changes in products in order to accurately specify projects assigned
- Technical Knowledge on HVAC system would be an added advantage
- Willing to work at Teluk Panglima Garang, Selangor
