DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive HR key functions and participate to the design, development, and delivery of different actions to meet with the company’s objectives.
  • Work together with the HR team to deliver and achieve success in the following areas: Learning and Development, Career & Talent Management, Organization Design, Recruitment & Selection and Compensation & Benefit.
  • In charge for the implementation and maintenance of HR policies, processes, and systems to ensure HR is aligned with the business strategy and goals.
  • Oversee all employment and labor regulations and ensure accordance with local employment laws.
  • Work closely with business leaders to ensure a positive and engaging workplace within the company.
  • Identify and resolve any employment and organizational issues that may arise.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A Bachelor's degree from a reputable university is required (a Master's degree or Professional HR Certification is preferred).
  • Have at least 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience in a multinational corporation, preferably in the banking or financial industries.
  • Have strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Developing and implementing strategic human resource functions.
  • Have extensive experience coaching and developing individuals and teams.
  • Have prior experience working in a global matrix organization across functional/business lines.
  • Experience with project management and change management.
