DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Create and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy.
- Consult with partner companies to determine staffing needs and specific job objectives.
- Use databases and social media to find candidates.
- Screen and evaluate resumes
- Conduct interview by the means of the following: face-to-face, phone, google meet, and zoom interviews
- Ensure that Government mandated benefits are strictly observe and remit on a timely manner.
- Proven track record as Huma Resources, Admin, Recruitment Assistant, or any other position involving people recruitment.
- An advantage but not required is having a solid proven track record in an Executive Search firm, Manpower Agency, or a related firm.
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Capability to prioritize and complete projects on time
- Practical experience with various selection processes such as face-to-face interviews, phone interviews, and reference checks
- Capability to conduct various types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency based and behavioral)
- Know how to use applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems.
