1. Great all clients/person coming into the office/entering to organization.
2. Attend to all incoming calls and taking down the messages through the phone and provide information to caller
3. To records all incoming mail and ensure they are delivered to the correct persons
4. To record and distribute all incoming faxes to the respective person concerned
5. To issue and maintain records of the issuance of stationery, toiletries and beverages and monitoring of physical stock of these items
6. To deliver cheques to all these coming to collect the cheques
7. To ensure mails to courier companies are done properly
8. Attend to the proper administration, cleanliness and security of the office
9. Any other job function which may be assigned from time to time by head of department.
1. Possess at least SPM/O Level qualification
2. Strong computer skill
3. Multi-tasking capabilities
