- Assisting in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Assisting in controlling debtor credit limit.
- Updating the analysis on the debtor from their payment pattern for easy monitoring of payment collection.
- To maintain other creditors record in the system and ensure the information details are up to date and correct (Eg : Bank details from other Creditor)
- Monthly Report preparation:
- Prepare all the journal entries for monthly closing (Accrual, Prepayment, Depreciation, Fixed Deposit, deposit and other related journal entries)
- Prepare a monthly consolidation schedule
- Assisting in completing the realised and unrealised report which is to monitor is there any error on the currency rate.
- Diploma or Degree in accounting
- Willing to work under contracts ( 5 months- Start October 2022)
- Working hour Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm)
