HR & Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling full spectrum of Human Resources functions from recruitment, first orientation, performance, evaluation and etc.
• Handling foreign workers matter.
• Monitor & update HR record such as employee personal file, organisation chart, annual leave & sick leave record and etc.
• Liaise with government statutory bodies such as EPF, Socso and Income Tax.
• Any other job assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements:

• At least Diploma or Degree in HRM or equivalent.
• At least 5 years working experience.
• Well versed in Malaysian Labour Law and etc.
• Fast learner, attention details & able to multi-tasks
• Willing to work at Kapar, Klang
