Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Business or Accounting related course
  • Experience in Accounting Software
  • Organized
  • Has very good skills in communication
  • Flexible
  • Ability to commute/relocate
  • Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package(preferred)
  • 3 years experience as Building Administrator (preferred)
  • 2 years experience Sales Administration (preferred)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain records of tenants
  • Make and Issue Statement of Accounts to the tenants
  • Collect monthly rentals every 5th of the month
  • Record collections
  • Make deposit slips for the rent collected
  • Summarize bank deposit
  • Summarize report of unpaid tenants
  • Take note complaints, problems and requests of tenants
  • Inspect and report if the building have signs of damage or wear
  • Maintaining safe environment with proper lighting, signage and disability access
  • Supervising ground staffs
  • Ensuring that occupants are provided with proper utilities and utility bills are properly keep
  • Make weekly reports to the management
  • Prospecting clients

  • Tuesday-Sunday 8:00AM-6:00PM
